Eurgh. I wish I wasn’t such a worry wart. I want to be with someone and I think it could work out but it’s just so difficult and I don’t like being with people or having responsibilities. I don’t like having to see people or go out. I just want to be in a relationship without having to try not to offend anyone or fend off unwanted advances. Urgh. I just want to eat gross food and read books and listen to music with you! And I don’t want anyone else to be able to do that with you. Grr.
The Angry Black Tumblr: Steven Moffat Explains Why He's So Bad At Writing Women
I’m on my phone so this won’t reblog properly but omg I am so angry!!!!!I remember seeing this quote a while back. He wasn’t actually responding to him being bad at writing women, but this explains so many things…
“There’s this issue you’re not allowed to discuss: that women are needy. Men can go for longer, more happily, without women. That’s the…

Those proactive commercials are so annoying. “Not having clear skin ruined my confidence” and the guy has two pimples. Waaaah.
Sometimes I wanted to peel away all of my skin and find a different me underneath.
This whole not sleeping thing really needs to stop.
Derma Plan of Attack #2 - Fake Nails
I’ve been hearing from a few of you that sadly this one technique doesn’t work for you which is a huge shame, however personally I find it has worked for me in the past so I’m thankful I am able to use this. But on the flip side, if keeping your nails really short helps you then definitely consider that if this doesn’t work out :)
How do fake nails work for me? Surely people may think “wouldn’t sharp, long false nails make it easier to pick?”. Well in a word, no, it doesn’t. You see, I am absolutely terrible when it comes to wearing fake nails, I can’t do anything with them! And that’s the key, if I can’t type in my credit card pin with them or even type at my keyboard properly, then maybe they will also limit the picking as well.
These work for me because the fake nails are a lot thicker than my real nails, so picking at a cut is a lot harder because thicker nails can’t get under the surface as easily. I’ve found that my skin has gotten a lot better when using fake nails so I have ordered some more and will apply them this week!
If anyone has tried this, feel free to let me know how you got on. Or if you want, you can follow my derma plans with me. I’m going to follow these strictly and then post the results every week :)
This always works really well for me. And because I generally cut my nails a bit shorter before I put the fake ones on. I do get really really frustrated though and tend to pull them off after a few days. If you can get them to stick well enough it really does help because you just can’t get at your skin as easily. One of the problems with this technique is that you may be more likely to use tweezers or needles because your nails won’t work but if you’re aware of this it might not be an issue. Good luck!
